Christmas Programs 2008

The kids had their Christmas programs at school (two weeks ago), and I’m just now getting around to posting the photos.

Here’s Ethan rocking baby Jesus.  We didn’t have very good seats, but he’s the kid all the way to the left with his head just under the front of the train.

He kept walking down the steps and hugging his teacher throughout the program.  Finally, one of the other teachers picked him up and took him back on the stage.  I guess she told him he had to stay there, because then he started hugging the two girls that were on either side of him.  He must have hugged them ten times each.  We were laughing hysterically.

And here’s Emma (front row, left).

She was very good.  She even knew the choreography for the older kids’ numbers.  She sung loudly and paid attention for most of the time.  I think my father-in-law got a picture of her bending over and touching her toes at one point…which wasn’t part of anybody’s choreography.
